Position 1: Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

    • The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) will be the go-to-guy of the Level 2 Technical Support Representatives (TSR).
    • The TSE will be involved in providing technical assistance both the the clients and the TSRs.

Requirements:

    • This job requires a balance of technical and communications expertise.

Required Skills:

    • Proficient in managing multiple servers on LAMP and Windows Platforms
    • MSExchange and other Linux-based email services.
    • Experience in Web Hosting service is a plus.
    • With expertise in Apache and IIS
    • Proficient on virtualization technologies
    • Proficient in Asterisk and other VoIP/SIP technologies and applications
    • Good communications skills (written and oral)
    • Willing to work on shifts and in Davao City
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
    • 2 Full-Time positions available.

Position 2: Technical Support Representative (Web Hosting)

Responsibilities:

    • We need Tier 2 Technical Support Representatives for our client, a Web Hosting company in North America.
    • The Tier 2 TSR provides second level technical technical support and assistance to clients who may need help or are not able to setup their own web server,upload/download files via basic FTP services, create/delete email accounts, manage online services and administer their hosting accounts.
    • The team will provide 24/7 service coverage to the Web Hosting company’s clients in USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand

Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): Customer/Technical Support, Internet Applications, Web Hosting Services, Basic Networking, FTP Services, cPanel.
    • Excellent English Communication and Telephone Skills.
    • This is not a home-based job. Applicants must be willing to work in shifts and in Davao City.
    • Preferably 1-3 yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Help-desk Support or equivalent.

    • The successful Telesales Agent helps the team achieve its daily and weekly sales goals for an Energy Services account in US and/or Australia. The project is a survey-sales type campaign. This is a telesales job that requires guts, patience and resilience.
