Position 1: Japanese IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • In charge of handling japan site and Hong Kong core systems, which is developed by Japan Head office.
Requirements:
  • 2 years or more Cold Fusion or Php or Ruby development experience.
  • 2 years or more Web system design and development experience.
  • 2 years or more SQL Server , windows server experience.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese.
Advantage skills and Experiences
  • experience on back-end systems such as order management and inventory management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,000.00 – Php40,000.00 per month

 

Position 2: IT TECHNICIAN

   Responsibilities

  • IT Technicians that have experience in AWS and or Microsoft Azure and certifications in both.
  • IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems
  • Support of disaster recovery solutions
  • Basic technical understanding of network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security configurations
  • Must have troubleshooting, responding to service calls, & repair issues independently
  • Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services
  • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
  • Work through multiple boards servicing different ranges of customer needs
  • System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise
  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Fast turnaround of customer requests
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Work with the Service Desk Dispatcher to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource to be resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Escalate service requests that require engineer level support
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University
  • Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise
