Description of tasks
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and optimize our organization’s digital marketing programs.
– track campaign progress.
– developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images, artwork, motion graphics, collating content, updating online assets.
-streamlining digital marketing production.
-reporting on engagement KPIs and handling general digital marketing activities.
-Creative thinking skills -coordinate upgraded business card design.
-print material for live events and event planning Qualifications:
-Ideal candidates for this role should be self-starters, creative and innovative.
– must be excellent writers and communicators.
– should have a firm grasp of different digital touch points ,drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience and deliver on digital objectives.
-Ensure marketing campaign timelines are achieved by making sure all briefs, creative word and editorial revision is completed to schedule – for: -Email -Linkedin -Facebook
-Writing draft campaign content to brief-
-Monitor social channels to ensure engagement.
-Manage outsourced creative and technical contractors achieve results on time and budget.
– Regular reporting on campaign engagement levels and other KPIs
-Creating and managing mailing lists.
-Editing marketing material.
– Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms.
-Optimize SEO. -Updating web content as required.
-Ensure weekly newsletter /communications are sent to the client base.
-Support and drive campaign development to increase audience engagement.
-Strong written English
-Ability to create and layout image rich documents
-Proficiency with MS Office applications
-Ability to self manage
– Experience managing multiple deliverables and budgets
-skilled with graphic tools including Photoshop
-Previous experience in digital marketing, seo development and creative content development
-Previous experience in community development.
-Has held a leadership role in the marketing position and can generate original ideas Desirable
– Familiarity with:
-CRM Applications ( Sugar /Zoho)
-Wordpress and Zoho Sites
-Editing media types , including audio and video presentations -Graphic design
