INCOMING Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez on Monday, June 20, challenged the business community to build with government a wide-reaching “coalitions for change” as the linchpin of an out-of-the-box, public-private partnership that would enable the country’s growth streak to continue and finally benefit the Filipino majority, most especially those on society’s fringes.
Providing BPO employment opportunities to persons with disabilities

Next BPO Solutions,Ltd. is ensuring meaningful employment opportunities for Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) by opening its doors to the PWDs to be a part of the BPO Industry where they can excel and grow personally and professionally. In partnership with the Association of Differently-Abled Persons (ADAP) and other various private and government agencies, Next BPO Solutions, Ltd. is implementing the M.O.B.I.L.E. Program – Making Opportunities in the BPO Industry through Labor and Employment. With this program, PWDs are given the equal opportunity to work and earn for themselves and their families without compromising the high standards of the industry. Current activities for the project includes laying the groundwork for training and working with project partners/stakeholders for the setup/installation of an outsourcing services delivery center designed specifically for PWDs.
We feel that it is not enough to claim success and leadership by simply being profitable but rather also through touching the lives of others. Our clients can also become part of this program by signifying that they are willing to accept or hire Persons with Disabilities that can be assigned to them.
